Phil Gibson
Hi, I'm Phil Gibson and I’m a qualified Vehicle Mechanic with 30 plus years of Industry experience. I operate a local business in Townsville North Queensland where I carry out repairs and servicing on Trailers and caravans as well as stock and sell quality 4wd accessories. Townsville has been my home since 1993 and it's where we have raised our family. I'm structured as a Sole Trader business and love every minute of it as this business structure allows me to keep my overheads down which transpires to great prices for my customers.
My motto is "Getting you home safely" and I achieve this by providing exceptional service and quality products at affordable prices. I'm a keen off-road enthusiast who regularly gets out camping and playing in the mud to personally test the products I stock and sell. I provide a mobile servicing unit which brings my service to you so that you don't have the hassles of having to drop off your trailer or caravan. I happily service trailers of all trades out on site so that you don't experience any downtime and can keep your job site progressing by avoiding unwanted breakdowns.
I have a close working relationship with the local caravan parks in the Townsville area and can carry out repairs or services on site, so you don't go without your accommodation during your stay. Please get in contact with me for all your repairs and servicing needs as well as the 4WD accessories and recovery gear that will ensure you and your family will get home safely.

Our Immediate Outcomes:
- Remove illegally dumped rubbish from Fish Habitat Zones and mangroves in the Townsville Port Access Road reserve area, preventing it from washing out into the ocean and degrade the water quality of The Great Barrier Reef.
- Remove the illegally dumped rubbish from tidal flats to improve declared fish habitat zones and reducing the impact from cyclones.
- To ensure access tracks around the power line infrastructure is cleared of rubbish so maintenance vehicles can get to the area to carry out maintenance work during disasters.
- Remove rubbish from the vehicle tracks for emergency vehicles to traverse the area to fight fires and tend to emergencies.
- Remove abandoned and deteriorated structures that have become an environmental hazard.
- Raise awareness of illegal dumping on social media and in the community.
- Allow the Queensland Parks & Wildlife Rangers to carry out other duties without having to continuously deal with illegally dumped rubbish.
